Precision medicine and therapy have received significant attention in recent years. This workshop aims to provide a forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange innovative ideas, the latest research results, along with practical experiences and lessons. The major objectives of this summit are to exchange the most recent advances in precision healthcare through the use of big-data from comics and medical imaging. The workshop program will be included as a part of IEEE Healthcare Track 2019 program.
