With the rise of the number of humans under stress in today's world, Architects & Urban planners became more focused on architecture approaches that seek to improve living conditions & provides disaster relief. These approaches are suitable with poverty, conflict, and disease.
The main idea of this book is how to design humanitarian architecture with the vast knowledge that architects have today of bio-climatic design & smart technology. It's how architecture can be resilient in solving immense and immediate crisis & still be appreciated aesthetically.
This book aims to bring to attention the importance of humanitarian design in architecture & urban planning. It will cover different approaches that range from theory to practice.

• Provides a new road map for future architecture trends & thoughts.
• Experiments humanitarian design approaches that integrate society with bio climatic design regarding to current era changes.
• Assesses & Evaluates new smart technologies adaptation & their role in achieving resiliency in urban communities.
• Promote new design solutions to achieve a comprehensive urban development for the least developed communities.

Submission Procedure
Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit on or before February 12, 2020, a chapter proposal of 1,000 to 2,000 words clearly explaining the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter. Authors will be notified by February 26, 2020about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines. Full chapters are expected to be submitted by March 27, 2020, and all interested authors must consult the guidelines for manuscript submissions at http://www.igi-global.com/publish/contributor-resources/before-you-write/ prior to submission. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project.

Note: There are no submission or acceptance fees for manuscripts submitted to this book publication, Bioclimatic Design and Smart Technology Adaptation for Humanitarian Architecture. All manuscripts are accepted based on a double-blind peer review editorial process.
