Ciencia y Educación calls to submit your scientific articles or collaborations for Vol. 4, No. 2. Collaborations can be submitted in Spanish or English through the e-mail address cienciayeducacion@intec.edu.do

Deadline for submitting articles: February 29, 2020.

Ciencia y Educación is a four-monthly journal, published by the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC), with emphasis on the free discussion of ideas from an international, multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary perspective in connection with all levels and educational modalities.

The journal was launched in 2017. It is free, arbitrated, indexed, open access and does not charge the authors for submission of articles or for the publication of their texts. Proposals for three sections are accepted:

Research articles. It refers to research reports on educational issues that, using a scientific methodology, present results, conclusions and recommendations that may influence the development of best educational practices. The journal gives priority to this type of work (not more than ten thousand words).

Theoretical or review articles. It refers to work analysis of topics, situations or educational concepts with novel approaches and critical perspectives, which contribute to the advancement of educational theory. This section also includes research meta-analysis work in any field of education (not greater than six thousand words).

Educational echoes.It refers to work of book reviews, portals, recently approved regulatory frameworks, new technologies or educational resources, congress films or other professional activities. This section also includes interviews and presentations to key personalities that have generated innovative ideas or practices that contribute to the improvement of educational quality (not more than three thousand words).
