CALL FOR PAPERS - BLENDED (IN-PERSON & VIRTUAL) CONFERENCE
The Seventeenth International Conference on Technology, Knowledge and Society will be held at the University of Melbourne, Melbourne, Australia (8-9 April 2021) We invite proposals for paper presentations, workshops/interactive sessions, posters/exhibits, virtual lightning talks, virtual posters, innovation showcase, or colloquia addressing one of the following themes:
Theme 1: Technologies and Human Usability
Theme 2: Technologies in Knowledge Sharing
Theme 3: Ubiquitous Learning
Theme 4: Technologies in Society
2021 SPECIAL FOCUS: Considering Viral Technologies: Pandemic-Driven Opportunities and Challenges
VIRTUAL PRESENTATION
In order to support more inclusive participation, virtual sessions are also available to enable participants to present work to a body of peers and to engage with colleagues from afar, bringing global ideas to the local.
CONFERENCE SUBMISSION DEADLINES
The next proposal deadline is 8 March 2020. We welcome the submission of presentation proposals at any time of the year up until 30 days before the start of the conference. All proposals will be reviewed within two to four weeks of submission.
JOURNAL
The International Journal of Technology, Knowledge, and Society encourages the widest range of submissions and aims to foster the highest standards of intellectual excellence. Articles may be submitted by in-person and virtual participants as well as Research Network Members.
