Call for Book Chapters: Perspectives and Challenges of Management Education

In the last century, a profound transformation has reshaped both the business landscapes and society at large. Organizations find themselves navigating a dynamic plethora of change, where shifting paradigms and evolving processes define the new normal. A cutthroat business environment with swift globalization and increasing competition has raised performance concerns.

Management education plays a pivotal role in shaping the future leaders of businesses and organizations. As the landscape of the business world evolves, so too must the methods and perspectives through which management education is delivered. The symbiotic relationship between management education and the business world is subject to various forces, such as the relentless tide of globalization, rapid technological advancements, and evolving work requirements. Significantly, these forces exert a more profound impact on business education than on any other academic discipline. The role of business/management education is now extended beyond mere academic pursuits, playing a pivotal role in the development of essential competencies for executives and managers. In this sense, this proposed edited volume, titled ‘Perspectives and Challenges of Management Education’, aims to explore the dynamic nature of management education, addressing the evolving trends, emerging perspectives, and challenges faced by educators, administrators, and practitioners in the field.

Objectives of the Book

This proposed international edited volume seeks to provide a platform for educators, industry professionals, and scholars to share their insights, research findings, and innovative practices concerning management education.
