CALL No. 2 – artciencia.com Thematic Issue No. 1 (2026): AI and Art, Science and Communication: Challenges for the 21st Century (to be published in March 2026)
· For the Thematic Issue (No. 1), planned for 2026, March, we are especially interested in articles, essays and artworks (e.g. portfolio) that address the impact of generative artificial intelligence technologies in societies (democracy and democratic process, disinformation and free press, digital and media literacy, surveillance and control, etc.).
· Submissions to artciencia.com must be completed by October 31st 2025. To submit, Authors need to register with the Journal: https://revistas.rcaap.pt/artciencia/user/register
· If submitting to the Thematic Issue, please identify the Call with the following information: Thematic Issue 1 (2026). Papers without identification of this Call will be considered for publication in Issues 28-29 (2025).
